Phulauri Recipe

Add 350Gm Phulauri Mix with 350ml Water and Mix well gently to get a smooth batter. Rub dough with 2 Tbsp oil and rise for approximately 30 min. Make the Phulauri balls of small size. And then Put it in Frying oil pot. Turn Phulauri regularly till it has a Golden Yellow color.

Bara Mix Recipe

Add 400Gm Bara Mix with 325ml Water and Mix well gently to get a smooth batter. Rub dough with 2 Tbsp oil and rise for approximately 30 min. Make the balls of egg size and Press it till flattened. Make a hole in the center of the Bara and then Put it in a Frying oil pot. Turn Bara regularly till it has a Golden Yellow color.

Suriname Chicken Recipe from Badhu’s Curry Masala

Add oil in the pan and heat over medium flame. When the oil is hot enough, add finely chopped onion. After 2-3 mins, add garlic into it. Then add Badhu Hindostaanse Curry masala. Fry for a minute, and then add chicken pieces in it. Cook chicken for +/- 45 minutes. Add salt to taste, and if you want gravy, add more water. Stir to mix from time to time until chicken is tender. Enjoy with butter naan, rice or roti.

Chicken Recipe from Badhu’s Extra Hot Masala

Add oil in the pan and heat over medium flame. When the oil is hot enough, add finely chopped onion. After 2-3 mins, add garlic into it. Cook till onions turn pink. Then add the Badhu’s Extra Hot masala. Fry for a minute, and then add chicken pieces in it. Cook chicken for 10-12 minutes. Add salt to taste, finely chopped tomatoes, and if you want gravy, add more water. Stir to mix all the ingredients well with the chicken. Now reduce the flame and cook covered for 10-15 minutes and then uncovered till the chicken is tender and soft. Your Masala Chicken or Chicken Masala is ready. Enjoy with butter naan, rice or roti.

Then add the Badhu’s Roti Kip Masala. Fry for a minute, and then add chicken pieces in it. Cook chicken for 10-12 minutes. Then add Badhu Hindostaanse Fish masala. Fry for a minute, and then add fried Fish pieces in it. Cook Fish for +/- 10 minutes. Add salt to taste, and if you want gravy, add more water. Stir to mix from time to time until Fish is tender. Enjoy with butter naan, rice or roti.

Suriname Lams Recipe from Badhu’s Lamb Masala

Add oil in the pan and heat over medium flame. When the oil is hot enough, add finely chopped onion. After 2-3 mins, add garlic into it. Then add Badhu’s Hindostaanse Lamb masala. Fry for a minute, and then add Lamb pieces in it. Cook Lamb for +/- 40 minutes. Add salt to taste, and if you want gravy, add more water. Stir to mix from time to time until Lamb is tender.
